State Secretary Pejčinović Burić received NRW Landtag President Regina van Dinther

The two confirmed the existence of good and friendly bilateral relations, and expressed special interest in continuing the development of the co-operation between Croatia and North Rhine-Westphalia, namely in economy. In that regards, the NRW delegation was interested in Croatia’s progress in justice reform and privatisation. State Secretary Pejčinović Burić reported on the current situation in Croatia’s accession negotiations, as well as the reforms Croatia is conducting with the aim of achieving membership readiness. State Secretary Pejčinović Burić also thanked Germany and North Rhine-Westphalia for supporting Croatia in its EU accession process.
