State Secretary Pejčinović Burić received Montenegrin Ambassador Branko Lukovac
State Secretary for European Integration Marija Pejčinović Burić received on 3 October 2007 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration the Ambassador of the Republic of Montenegro to the Republic of Croatia, Branko Lukovac
State Secretary Pejčinović Burić and Ambassador Lukovac expressed satisfaction with the level and dynamics of the relations between Croatia and Montenegro, as evidenced by intensive all-level visits.
State Secretary Pejčinović Burić informed Ambassador Lukovac about the current state of Croatia’s EU membership negotiations, Croatia’s positions and expectations, as well as its experiences in implementing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
Ambassador Lukovac reported on Montenegro’s activities in the European integration process, adding that Croatia’s experiences would be of immeasurable importance for Montenegro. Pursuant to that, he extended an official invitation to State Secretary Pejčinović Burić to visit Montenegro, during which a lecture would be organised for the state officials directly involved in the European integration process.
