State Secretary Lucić attends FAC Trade

State Secretary Zdenko Lucić on 13 and 14 February 2022 in Marseilles attended an informal meeting of trade ministers (FAC Trade), organized by the French EU presidency.

The ministers exchanged views on the future as well as the current topics and challenges of the WTO with Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.

They also held a strategic discussion on the strengthening of EU-Africa trade and investment relations ahead of a summit scheduled for 17 and 18 February. Exchanging views on the next steps in the EU-US trade relations, the ministers underscored the importance of cooperation within the Trade and Technology Council.
