State Secretary Hido Biščević spoke with interim chargé d’affaires at the US Embassy William Jeffers on the death of Ivica Jerak, Croatian-born US citizen in Iraq

The American side reported that Jerak’s body will be transported to the US as soon as possible and that the US Embassy has contacted Jerak’s family to settle all the formalities regarding their coming to the US for the funeral. The members of the family will be welcomed by the representatives of the US Department of Defense.
