State Secretary Božinović thanked Ambassador Györkös for his professional and personal engagement in further strengthening the friendly, partnership and good-neighbourly relations between Croatia and Hungary, as well as for the expert assistance and advice regarding Croatia’s EU membership negotiations.

State Secretary Božinović said that Croatia greatly appreciated the support Hungary had been showing continuously from the beginning of Croatia’s EU talks, and which would be of extreme importance in the coming period too, as in 2011 Hungary assumes the EU presidency.
