State Secretary Davor Božinović met with Chairman of Turkish Grand National Assembly’s EU Harmonization Committee Yaşar Yakiş

The collocutors expressed satisfaction with the very good and friendly relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Turkey. State Secretary Božinović thanked Committee Chairman Yakiş for Turkey’s strong and continuous support for Croatia’s full-fledged NATO membership, noting especially the National Assembly’s timely decision to ratify the Protocol on NATO Enlargement to Croatia.

The meeting also discussed the state of EU accession negotiations and issues of international security.
