State Secretary for Political Affairs Zdravka Bušić headed the Croatian delegation at a meeting of foreign ministers of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP)

State Secretary for Political Affairs Zdravka Bušić headed the Croatian delegation at a meeting of foreign ministers of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), held 23 April 2018 at Brdo near Kranj under Slovenia’s presidency, which it took over from Croatia in 2017.

The ministers exchanged views on the topical issues of Slovenia’s chairmanship: the future and security of Europe, EU enlargement to the Western Balkans, creating a better environment for the youth and digital connectedness among the participating countries.

Bušić underscored that Croatia would continue to be a reliable partner to the SEECP countries in meeting the EU membership criteria. She called for a tighter cooperation in combating hybrid threats, migration issues, demographic problems and youth employment.
