State Secretary Nikolina Brnjac 16-18 December 2019 in Strasbourg attended a plenary session of the European Parliament.

During the working visit to the EP, Brnjac participated in a meeting of the Conference of Committee Chairs (CCC) on 17 December. The CCC is the main coordinating body of the EP facilitating the work of and cooperation among the committees, while at the same time as a political body maintaining dialogue with the European Commission and Council.

Brnjac presented the programme and priorities of Croatia’s EU presidency and reflected on a number of topical EU matters, notably Brexit, MFF, migration and Conference on the Future of Europe. She responded to questions by MEPs about Croatia’s plans regarding the relevant European portfolios.
