On 6 August 2003, Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, extended his condolences to Mr. Hassan Wirajudi, the Indonesian Foreign Minister, on the occasion of terrorist attack against the Marriott Hotel in Jakarta.
“I am shocked and horrified by the latest terrorist
attack, and condemn most severely this act. On behalf of the Republic
of Croatia, I support Indonesian combat against terrorism and support
the Indonesian Government in its efforts to combat international terrorism”,
Minister Picula expressed in his letter.
