MVEP, Institute for Migration Research sign agreement

On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman and Director of the Institute for Migration Research Marina Perić Kaselj signed a cooperation agreement, establishing a formal framework for existing and future joint activities.
 
As stated by the signatories on this occasion, a strong model of continuous collaboration on matters of mutual interest is already in place. They particularly expressed satisfaction with their cooperation in organizing two meetings of the Croatian national minority and Croats abroad, as well as the conference "Migration and Identity: Culture, Economy, State."
 
The signing of this agreement will further deepen the existing collaboration, especially in the context of protecting the Croatian national minority as an indigenous minority community in twelve European countries. It will also address the status of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Croatian emigrants and the diaspora.
