On 19 November 2003, at the invitation of the Rotary Club in Antwerp, Ms. Ljerka Alajbeg, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia in the Kingdom of Belgium, held a lecture on the topic “Croatia on the threshold of the EU”.
Special emphasis was given on bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Belgium and economic prospects of Croatia, particularly in terms of the entry of our country into the joint European market. Members of the Club showed particular emphasis for the Croatian tourist offer, purchase of real estate and investment into the Croatian economy.
