Minister Žužul received Montenegrin Foreign Minister Miodrag Vlahović

In an open and friendly talk, the two ministers agreed that Croatia and Montenegro have good and constructive relations. They reviewed the issues of enhancing them and openly discussed the issues from recent history. Minister Vlahović expressed his regret to Minister Žužul and offered his apology to the Croatian people for the events that occurred in recent history that were not a reflection of the will of the Montenegrin people.

Ministers Žužul and Vlahović pointed out that the stability and progress along with the European perspective are important for all countries in the region. Croatia and Montenegro will continue to work on improving the regional co-operation and joining the Euro-Atlantic processes. The two ministers agreed that there are good possibilities for further development and strengthening of economic co-operation and the overall bilateral relations.
