Minister Pusić receives new RACVIAC director Branimir Mandić

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić 21 January 2013 received the newly-appointed director of RACVIAC Centre for Security Cooperation, Ambassador Branimir Mandić. 

Ambassador Mandić thanked Croatia for hosting RACVIAC since its establishment in 2001 and for the continued support to its activities. This year, Croatia is chairing its decision-making body MAG (Multinational Advisory Group), further strengthening its engagement in RACVIAC. Mandić informed the minister about the future development of the organization in South Eastern Europe, as well as the possibilities of cooperation with the relevant regional and international organizations. Pusić expressed support for the efforts of the new RACVIAC leadership, stressing the organization’s potential in strengthening regional cooperation and Euro-Atlantic partnership.
