On the occasion of the tragic death of two Japanese diplomats in a terrorist attack in Iraq, Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula expressed his condolences to the Japan's Foreign Minister, Mrs Yoriko Kawaguchi.

A book of condolences has been opened at the Japanese embassy in Zagreb, and was signed by the Assistant Foreign Minister Dražen Margeta.
