Minister Grlić Radman attends 19th Bled Strategic Forum

On Monday, September 2, 2024, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman participated in the 19th Bled Strategic Forum titled "A World of Parallel Realities." This international conference once again brought together a large number of prominent leaders and experts from various fields with the aim of deepening discussions on key global challenges.
 
Grlić Radman took part in the foreign ministers' panel "Global Turmoil: Seeking Unity Amidst Chaos," where participants discussed global political and security challenges as well as the importance of maintaining international unity and cooperation in turbulent times. Speaking at the panel, Grlić Radman emphasized the importance of a united European response to current crises, highlighting Croatia's commitment to strengthening European integration and stability in the Western Balkans.
 
"Croatia is strongly committed to the enlargement of the European Union, which is key to the stability and security of our entire continent. We must ensure that the Western Balkans remain at the forefront of the European Union's attention and continue to support their path toward EU membership," stressed the minister.
 
On the sidelines of the Bled Strategic Forum, Grlić Radman held a series of bilateral meetings with fellow foreign ministers, discussing bilateral relations and exchanging views on current security issues and the European perspective of the Western Balkan countries.
