Minister Gordan Jandroković received on farewell visit U. S. Ambassador Robert Anthony Bradtke

Minister Jandroković thanked the U. S. for its continuous support for Croatia, especially during its NATO accession. He also thanked Ambassador Bradtke for his personal contribution to the enhancement of the two countries’ bilateral relation, which during his mandate have grown into partnership relations. He also expressed gratitude for his personal engagement in and support for the joint efforts to establish peace and stability in South Eastern Europe.

The meeting also discussed Croatia’s EU accession process. Minister Jandroković said that Croatian would continue carrying out all of the necessary reforms in order to become a full-fledged EU member as soon as possible, while Ambassador Bradtke said Croatia enjoys full U. S. support in that.

During Ambassador Bradtke’s farewell visit, the collocutors also touched upon the situation in the region and joint engagement in peacekeeping missions.
