Expressing satisfaction with the very good and friendly relations between Croatia and Norway, the collocutors expressed hope that this visit too would contribute to their further enhancement.

Minister Jandroković once again took the opportunity to thank for Norway’s humanitarian and financial assistance, as well as for the support in had been lending Croatia during its NATO accession.

Minister Jandroković informed in detail Chairperson Søreide and her colleagues about the state of affairs in South Eastern Europe. He pointed out that Croatia supports all of the countries in the region on their way to the Euro-Atlantic integration and continues to offer them assistance in those processes.

The collocutors also talked about the effects of the global economic crisis on Croatia’s accession process and its possible influence on the voters pending the referendum on Croatia’s EU membership.
