Talking with the company’s representatives, Minister Jandroković pointed out that creating a stimulating business climate, conducive to business activities and economic growth, was one of the priorities of the Croatian Government’s Economic Recovery Program. In order to facilitate and stimulate further investment, the Government has implemented a series of measures to remove the existing obstacles.

In that regard, the minister expressed conviction that the problems with Rockwool launching regular operations in Pićan would soon be resolved. He pointed out that in November the Croatian Government had entrusted the Croatian Privatization Fund with building an access road to the factory, which is the precondition for getting all the necessary work permits.

Minister Jandroković reiterated that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration is closely following the development of events and expressed hope in their positive outcome.
