Given that Slovenia’s actions have caused irreparable damage to the arbitration process, as well as to the credibility and the independence of the Arbitral Tribunal, its object and purpose can no longer be achieved

Given that Slovenia’s actions have caused irreparable damage to the arbitration process, as well as to the credibility and the independence of the Arbitral Tribunal, its object and purpose can no longer be achieved. Croatia, therefore, expects the Arbitral Tribunal to terminate its work without delay

Croatia is willing, in the spirit of good neighbourly relations and in accordance with international law, to resolve the dispute through bilateral talks.
