This makes the Slovenian Parliament the 21st of the 26 NATO members to ratify the Protocol.

The Republic of Croatia expects the soon ratification of the Protocol in other member countries as well – Greece, Iceland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal – so that it could be able to participate in the Strasbourg and Kehl summit as NATO’s full-fledged member.
