MFAEI held preparatory meeting for 5th session of Stabilization and Association Council, highest joint Croatia-EU body

The preparatory meeting, which saw the attendance of representatives of all the state administration bodies involved in the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, was presided over by State Secretary for European Integration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Davor Božinović.

State Secretary Božinović pointed out the importance of the Stabilization and Association Council as an opportunity for Croatia to demonstrate its progress and exemplify its intention to carry on with the reforms.

State Secretary Božinović also said that, despite Slovenia’s blockade, Croatia is continuing to carry out its reforms and harmonize with the EU acquis and standards, in accordance with the set timeframe.
