MFAEI condemns terror attack in Pakistan
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia condemns the terrorist attack in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan that killed opposition leader and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and a large number of civilians
This criminal act is an attack on the Pakistani democracy and challenges the security and stability process in the wider area of South Asia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration would like to point out that the Republic of Croatia, as a part of the International Anti-Terror Coalition, remains adamant in fighting all forms of terrorism and hopes that the recent attack will not cause a further destabilisation and radicalisation of the political conditions in Pakistan.
The Republic of Croatia, as a new non-permanent UN Security Council member, will actively participate in combating terrorism and strengthening democracy in all parts of the world.
