Croatia's ambassador to Italy and permanent representative to international organisations seated in Rome, Drago Kraljević, handed over to the Head of the General Legal Affairs Service, Luis Bombin, the Document on the Adoption of the Amendments to the Agreement on the Establishment of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM) at the FAO headquarters in Rome.

So far, 14 documents have been handed in: Albania, Cyprus, EU, France, Greece, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Spain, Tunis, Turkey and Croatia. Amendments to the Agreement will come into effect after at least two more countries adopt them.
