Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman 19 August 2019 received the incoming Ambassador of the United States to Croatia, William Robert Kohorst.

The two officials underscored satisfaction with excellent bilateral relations between the two partner countries. They discussed topics of mutual interest, notably defence and economic cooperation. There are numerous possibilities of advancing the cooperation, which Grlić Radman and Kohorst will talk about further in the months ahead. They also reflected on Croatia’s preparations for Council of the EU chairmanship and situation in Southeast Europe, namely Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the EU enlargement.
