Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman 17 December 2019 received on inaugural visit Slovakia’s Ambassador to Croatia Peter Susko.

The two officials underscored satisfaction with Croatia and Slovakia’s excellent bilateral relations founded on joint cultural heritage, historical experience and respect for the common European values. Grlić Radman highlighted the role of Croatian minority in Slovakia and Slovak minority in Croatia as a bridge in the strengthening of bilateral relations.

Grlić Radman and Susko discussed prospects of the additional advancement of bilateral and multilateral cooperation. They also touched on Croatia’s EU presidency as well as the foreign policy priorities of Schengen, eurozone and OECD membership.
