Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman received on inaugural visit the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Croatia, Parviz Esmaeili.

The two officials discussed bilateral cooperation, economic and cultural cooperation, as well as the current situation in Croatia and Iran.  

The minister and the ambassador also underlined the importance of continued dialogue with international partners in order to maintain regional and European security and stability.  

In addition, Grlić Radman informed Esmaeili about the results of Croatia’s six-month Council of the EU presidency.
