Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman 11 September 2019 received on inaugural visit the Hungarian Ambassador to Croatia, József Zoltan Magyar.

The two officials voiced satisfaction with the very good bilateral relations between Croatia and Hungary, highlighting cooperation in the areas of economy, defence, culture and education. Grlić Radman and Magyar underscored satisfaction with the promotion and protection of national minorities in their respective countries.

The minister pointed out that trade and the number of Hungarian tourists are on a steady incline, also stressing the fact that Hungary is one of the biggest investors in Croatia’s economy.
