Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Marija Pejčinović Burić 2 February 2018 received in inaugural visit Polish Ambassador to Croatia Andrzej Jasionowski.

The two officials talked about the two countries’ highly developed relations and mutual interests to further strengthen cooperation, especially in the area of economy. Pejčinović Burić stressed the strategic importance of the LNG project, expressing a wish for further energy, transport, digital and general economic linking. The Croatian FM and the Polish ambassador exchanged opinions on the current European topics, highlighting similar views in regard to the EU enlargement into Southeast Europe.
