Foreign and European Affairs Minister Gordan Grlić Radman 7 February 2020 received on farewell visit the Qatari Ambassador to Croatia, Nasser bin Hamad Mubarak al-Khalifa.

The two officials expressed satisfaction with good bilateral relations between Croatia and Qatar, underscoring belief that they would contribute to the strengthening of economic ties, notably through cooperation in health tourism and energy, as well as in food, construction and defence industries.

Grlić Radman invited the Qatari businesspeople and investors to visit Croatia, outlining to al-Khalifa the prospects of investing in the growing sectors of Croatian economy.

Also present at the meeting was State Secretary for Political Affairs Zdravka Bušić.
