Deputy Minister Klisović meets Argentinian science minister

Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Joško Klisović 19 September met with the Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of the Republic of Argentina, Lino Baranao

Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Joško Klisović 19 September met with the Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of the Republic of Argentina, Lino Barañao, and National Director for International Relations Agueda Suarez Porto de Menvielle.

Klisović said that Croatia was interested in strengthening the cooperation with Argentina in all areas of joint interest, notably economy. The officials also discussed strategic partnership in IT, maritime traffic and shipbuilding, agriculture and infrastructure.

In regard to IT cooperation between Croatia and Argentina, the interlocutors expressed interest in establishing contacts with local partners in order to stimulate joint development of new products and services.  The Argentinian Ministry of Science supports and stimulates projects that could be funded by international grants (ANR) aimed at financing industrial projects, which would make possible for Croatian IT companies to enter the Argentinian market and facilitate the entry of Argentinian capital and know-how in Croatia.
