Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Marija Pejčinović Burić extended condolences on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and herself to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov following a plane crash outside Moscow which claimed 71 lives.
“It was with deep sadness that I received the news about this great tragedy. On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and myself, I would like to extend sincerest condolences to you and the citizens of the Russian Federation. Please relay my regrets to the families of the victims.”
