As of 1 June 2003, citizens of the Republic of Croatia may enter the Republic of Albania without a visa. By the decision of the Council of Ministers of 29 May 2003, the Republic of Albania abolished visa regime for Croatian citizens.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia was officially notified of this in the note of the Embassy of the Republic of Albania.
