Croatia joins pleads for reinstating of constitutional system in Pakistan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Croatia is concerned over the recent Pakistani Government’s decision to suspend the constitutional system in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and hopes for its soon reinstatement.

Although it understands the political and security challenges and supports the battle against all forms of extremism and terrorism, the Republic of Croatia is advocating the protection of democratic principles, human rights, and fundamental freedoms. The Republic of Croatia invites all of the sides involved to refrain from undertaking any actions that might contribute to the country’s further destabilisation.
