Assistant Minister Tomić received to inaugural visit newly-appointed Philippine Ambassador Lnglingay F. Lacanlale
Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ivica Tomić received on Thursday, 11 May 2006, to inaugural visit the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines seated in Vienna, Lnglingay F. Lacanlale, who handed the copies of her credentials
The two pointed out the good relations between Croatia and the Philippines, and talked about the strengthening of the bilateral co-operation in all areas, especially in economy, expressing hope for the high-level visits to intensify as well and for the bilateral agreements that are underway to be signed soon, which will provide legal basis for a further enhancement of the Croatian-Philippine relations and co-operation.
Assistant Minister Tomić thanked for the help the Philippines have been offering Croatia so far on a multilateral level, expressing hope that the successful co-operation will continue to develop.
