Assistant Minister Tomić led Croatian delegation at political consultations

Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ivica Tomić led the Croatian delegation at the political consultations between the Croatian MFAEI and the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, New Delhi, 26-29 June 2006

The consultations pointed out the high level of the bilateral relations between Croatia and India on all level of mutual interest. Both sides agreed that the high-quality co-operation is continuing in accordance with the traditionally good and friendly relations. As regards the economic co-operation, transport, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, tourism, and shipbuilding were defined as areas of common interest.

Assistant Minister Tomić also met with State Secretary at the Indian MFA Anand Sharma, representatives of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Indian Ministry of Tourism and Culture A. K. Misra, and the Director for International Co-operation at the Indian Ministry of Science, Technology and Ocean Development S. K. Vashni.
