Ambassador Tomić handed credentials to Bahrain's king

Croatian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Arabian Republic of Egypt Ivica Tomić handed today, 22 March 2005 in Manama, his credentials to King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, as the first Croatian non-residential ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, seated in Cairo

Ambassador Ivica Tomić and King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalif pointed out the good and friendly relations between the two countries and expressed their interest for the development and deepening of bilateral relations.

During the handing of credentials at the Bahrain’s MFA, the two discussed the possibilities of mutual high officials’ visits and expressed interest for the signing of economic agreements, especially agreements on tourism, culture and transport, and exchanged the draft of the Agreement on co-operation between the chambers of commerce of the Republic of Croatia and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
