Ambassador Miro Kovač handed over credentials to German President Horst Köhler

During the meeting after the handover ceremony, Ambassador Kovač informed President Köhler about the current state of Croatia’s EU accession negotiations, expressing his belief that Croatia would realize the full-fledged membership in accordance with its plans. The relations between Croatia and Germany were described as very good and stable.
