Ambassador Drago Štambuk attended premiere of It Is a Dream After All, a farewell text by recently-departed Croatian poet Simo Mraović

A shortened version of Mraović’s final text, written shortly before his death, was performed in Tokyo’s Oimachi Kyurian Hall under the auspices of the Croatian Culture Ministry and organized by the Valentino Dance Center. Ironical, sensual and stoical, the text received, through English narration and dance interpretations, surreal and emotionally convincing overtones. The Croatian premiere is set for September 28 at the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb.
