Today, 1 April 2016, Croatia is marking the 7^th anniversary of full-fledged NATO membership. As one of the 28 member states, Croatia remains firmly committed to NATO’s values as well as its efforts to maintain peace and security. In today’s world, which is changing ever faster and growing more complex, NATO membership remains of paramount importance for Croatia’s long-term national security.
