On Wednesday 22. September 2010, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Gordan Jandroković had a trilateral meeting with Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoglu, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sven Alkalaj, in New York.

It was the fourth trilateral meeting of Foreign Ministers of Croatia, Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina, this time on the margins of the 65th meeting of the UN General Assembly.

The Ministers mostly discussed the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the entire region of Southeast Europe. They confirmed their commitment to the territorial integrity, sovereignty and equality of the constituent peoples and all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

They stressed the importance of the upcoming general elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina and expressed hope that they would contribute to further stabilisation in the country. The Ministers also discussed the possibilities of post-election cooperation between the three countries in the political, economic and other areas. They reiterated the importance of the integration of the region with NATO and the European Union.

As concrete steps in their cooperation they agreed on holding a meeting of political directors with a view to initiating practical cooperation. They also agreed on having an Economic Forum in Zagreb. Finally, they supported consolidation of authorities on the local level in jointly working for the universal good, and the launch of a pilot project in Mostar through the activities that would include the reconstruction of the City Hall and the Music School.
