The parties expressed their satisfaction over very good and friendly bilateral relations between Finland and Croatia, which have been considerably improved over the last years.

In that respect, they addressed the possibilities for further strengthening of the economic and scientific cooperation, in particular in the field of nanotechnology.

Minister Jandroković extended his gratitude to Finland for its support to Croatia in the process of its accession to full membership of the European Union, which is in its final stage.

Ambassador Ottoman spoke highly of the success achieved by Croatia on its road to Eurointegrations and stressed its importance for the region of South East Europe.
