During the dinner, which was attended by foreign ministers of the European Union Member States and members of NATO, the participants discussed strategically important issues for the transatlantic community. Minister Jandroković used this opportunity for a brief talk with the US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, who congratulated the Croatian Government and President of the Government of the Republic of Croatia Jadranka Kosor on unblocking and resuming negotiations for Croatia’s full membership of the European Union. Minister Jandroković expressed gratitude for the support and pleasure with the high level of friendly and partner-like relations between the two states.
