The Secretary of State for the European Integration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Marija Pejčinović Burić, received the representatives of the Comittee for European Affaires of House of Representatives at the Parliament of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

The Secretary of State Pejčinović Burić introducted the meeting by expressing gratitude for the bilateral help to the access of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, especially pointing out the MATRA fund.

The Secretary of State Pejčinović Burić presented a report to the representatives of the Dutch delegation about the full cooperation that the Republic of Croatia has with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Furthermore, The Secretary of State Pejčinović Burić presented the reform of the administration of justice and gave a short briefing about the program for refugee returns as well as about the cooperation between the neighbour countries in the framework of realisation of Sarajevo Declaration.

Croatian delegation presented to the Dutch interlocutors the actualities from the process of Croatian acces to the European Union, the structure of the Republic of Croatia for the negotiations with the European union as well as the present status in the process of screenig of the administration of justice and the criteria that are still to be fulfilled for full membership in the European Union.
