The Study is attended by an overall of 37 junior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and other state administration bodies. The program entails five courses – the Croatian Course, International Relations and Policy, European Integration and NATO, Diplomacy and Diplomatic Skills, and International and Diplomatic-Consular Law, and is carried out through lectures, thematic workshops, and visits to Croatian political and economic institutions. The lecturers come from the ranks of Croatian and foreign diplomats, the university and other scientists, and public officials from Croatia and abroad, engaged in diplomacy, foreign policy, and international relations. The program was launched with an opening speech by Ambassador Mladen Andrlić, Director of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and is expected to end late-May 2009.
