Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed on behalf of the Croatian Governments by the Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Ranko Vilovic, and on the behalf of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago by the Permanent Representative to United Nations, Ambassador Rodney Charles.
