A conference of senior officials on the European perspective of the Western Balkan countries, entitled "From Thessaloniki to Zagreb", was held in Thessaloniki on 24 February. The conference was hosted by Greek Foreign Minister Niko Dendias, and attended by Croatian Foreign and European Affairs Minister Goran Grlic Radman, who also represents the country holding the presidency of the Council of the EU. Other participants were representatives of EU countries, Western Balkan countries, and representatives of the EC and the EEAS.
