Concert of Croatian guitarist Mislav Režic and Greek flautist Antigoni Tsalla held in Athens

On Friday, October 19, 2018, at the Concert Hall "Athenaeum" in the center of Athens, a concert of two renowned musicians - Greek flautist Antigoni Tsalla and Croatian guitarist Mislav Režic was held. Numerous audiences could enjoy the work of composers acting in Vienna at the beginning of the 19th century who were, at that time, the creators of a large part of the guitar and flute music compositions: Giuliani, Diabelli, Schubert, and Croatian composer and guitarist virtuoso Ivan Padovec who was for the first time introduced to the Greek audience on this occasion. Therefore, Croatian guitarist Mislav Režic made a brief introduction and explanation about his work. It is also interesting to mention that the program was performed on authentic instruments from the time of creation of the played compositions. Croatian Embassy in Athens was a co-organizer of the concert as a media sponsor, and concert information was distributed in the context of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Croatia.
