The Delegation of the County of Krapina-Zagorje led by the county governor, Mr. Željko Kolar visited Kosovo from 17 to 19 March. They met with Minister of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Kosovo, Mr Besim Beqaj, Minister of Economic Development, Mr Valdrin Luka, and visited the Kosovo Innovation Center in Pristina and the new Innovation and Training Park in Prizren.
The aim of the visit was to present the export possibilities of the Krapina-Zagorje County, the possibilities of cooperation between the county and Kosovo institutions relating to the innovation and development agencies. One of the conversation topics was also co-operation within the newly established Office of the World Business Angels Investment Forum, which has its headquarters in Krapina-Zagorje County.
The visit ended with a trip to the Croatian community in Janjevo. The hosts introduced the delegation with the history of the Janjeva Croats and received donations to the Parish of St. Nicholas, Croatian Youth Association in Janjevo and Croatian Association of St. Nicholas.
