The first Preparatory Meeting of the Euro-Mediterranean Alliance of Civilizations Conference was held in Alexandria from January 15 to 16, 2010. On behalf of the Republic of Croatia, H.E. Mr. Dražen Margeta, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Cairo, participated at the Conference, that focused on the development of dialogue and cooperation between the West and Islam.
