Syrian Minister of Transport Mr. Yarob Badr discussed with the Croatian Minister of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship Mr. ?uro Popijac and the accompanying delegation cooperation prospects in various transport fields.
Mr. Badr invited the Croatian companies to participate in the transport infrastructure projects in Syria. During the talks it was proposed to use both countries as the transport gateways for trade penetration into the respective neighboring countries which can be enabled with the already existing legal framework between the two countries.
The meeting was attended as well by the Croatian Ambassador to Syria Mr. Dražen Margeta and the Croatian Honorary Consul in Damascus Mr. Khouchaba Nissan.
